It is being news that Microsoft is going to buy Nokia firm till the first quarter of the 2014. But this deals has been finally done today, as Microsoft have acquire Nokia firm for 5.44 billion euros ($7.2 billion). This deal will get complete till the early of the next year, when all the shareholders will be get shifted to Microsoft and also complete all the regulatory approvals.

Till that Microsoft will acquire all the of Nokia’s Devices & Services business, license Nokia’s patents, and license and use Nokia’s mapping services.

This is a smart moves from the Nokia and Microsoft, that two leading tech giants firm are getting close, this will surely benefit to both of the firm on there profits.
