Google launched an another interesting helpful educational tool name as "Oppia", which can help users to create and customize their own online internet activities for learning and teaching, as like webminar or a classroom. Currently the project is an open source project, and all its code and API is available for free at Google Code.

This is not the for the first time that Google have made a handful stuff and that also for free, but earlier also Google have launched a Web designing tool for all users, via which users can design their own interesting and customized web designed without the knowledge of any programming language.

Google describe the Oppia in a following words...
"Oppia does this by modeling a mentor who poses questions for the learner to answer. Based on the learner’s responses, the mentor decides what question to ask next, what feedback to give, whether to delve deeper, or whether to proceed to something new. You can think of this as a smart feedback system that tries to “teach a person to fish,” instead of simply revealing the correct answer or marking the submitted answer as wrong."
